This session typically begins with a 60 minute custom massage with the essential oil and pressure of your choice; light, therapeutic or deep. Followed by 15 minutes of CranioSacral Therapy. The mix of MT and CST leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and renewed. *Please note this session is fully customizable and we can adjust the MT and CST time to fit your needs*
